I absolutely love this store and everyone in it. They welcome you like family. Always a big smile and always wonderful at helping me solve “bird issues”... Absolutely love love everything about this store, however, the employees make my shopping experience top notch!!

The Niantic store has great customer service. When I am in the store the associate is very helpful. She gives me good advice and does not try to upsell. I get all my birdseed at the Niantic store. Most of the feeders I have are from the store. The store has great gift items and they are displayed very attractively; I have to restrain myself from spending too much money. Re: deliveries. They are fast, accurate and done in friendly manner. As a working person and with the current covid situation, it's great to have this option. Thank You Niantic WBU!

They know who I am and already have info ready for me to check out. Engaging conversations about local birds and funny stories to tell about turkeys in our yards. Keep me aware of new products. Delightful and very knowledgeable staff.

The East Lyme WBU store is very convenient. Online orders are filled quickly, making curbside pickup easy. I have had made gift exchanges at this store and I was very pleased how friendly and accommodating the staff was.

I had always bought generic seed at the grocery store or a discount store. When I started getting WBU, it attracted more varieties of birds in larger numbers. Previously I got an occasional goldfinch. Now I my have 4 or more at a time. I thought the WBU Seed was pricey, especially when my bird population increased so much. But the rewards helped a lot, and the increased numbers of birds made it more fun for me (and the family). The staff is very helpful, giving satisfying answers to my questions and often having my seed in the car before I get my receipt. I will continue to get my seed there.

The only store around that has good quality "for feeding my birds" items unlike the big box stores.
