Shopping at WBU in Niantic is happy visit with friends. Everyone always helpful and pleasant and selections of products many. I especially like items made by artisans, my birds love the seed. Perfect!

The suet was in stock. Staff was ready to assist even though I did not need help. Staff was friendly.

the straff was most helpful. The staff were knowledgeable of sales pricing versus bird club differences. Several other customers were in the store at the same time and we enjoyed the dialogue with them about birding experiences.

Every time I go into the store with a crazy question they answer question or solve the problem that I had come in their with.

It's a pleasant atmosphere in the store; clean and well organized. Everyone is very helpful. They even remember who we (my husband and I) are. That's always nice. Left recommendations blank because I do not know anyone at this time who is feeding birds.

So happy to get brand new feeders. WBU is the only we go for bird seed so it was natural to take advantage of the offer to trade in the old ones and get a discount.
