Store staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and didn’t seemed annoyed even though I came into the store in the last 20 minutes or so before closing. I love that there is a store owned/operated locally where I can shop for bird related products.

love the people working there, owners, etc. Very helpful, friendly. Just really nice people. repaired one feeder for me. very fast! Birds and squirrels love the food--go there too often!

I'm so happy to have this wonderful store 5 minutes from my house. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have everything you could want for caring for and enjoying wild birds (and delightful bird-and-wildlife themed gift items as well). During the current pandemic, WBU provides alternative ways to shop, and follows protective protocols, to make all customers feel comfortable with their shopping experience.

The store is clean and well supplied. A products are visible and easy to see and reach. The staff is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly.
