Right away, the clerk helped me and answered my question, and explained my options to solve my ants on my hummingbird feeder problem, and she didn't pressure me to make a purchase, very nice service - just the way I like it !

The store is always clean, well stocked and offers a wide variety of merchandise to support my interests in birding. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I have come to rely on their experience and expertise as support for my new hobby.

I have been shopping at this WBU store since it opened (or very shortly after). I love Karen and Dave and the other staff members they have helping them. They are friendly and knowledgeable; always ready to listen to our bird stories. They get new merchandise in periodically to keep us excited and offer wonderful programs thru CT Audubon, A Place Called Hope and other sources. They also adapted wonderfully to COVID-19 virus by providing delivery service and curbside pick-up. What's not to like about Niantic's Wild Birds Unlimited store?
