When I called to place an order, I had a long conversation with the store associate, who was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in describing the products I was interested in and in making suggestions. When I arrived at the store, the pickup process was quick and efficient, and in line with the precautions necessitated by the current pandemic. All the products are excellent and I’m very pleased with them, including several that I am trying for the first time. I’m very appreciative of having this lovely shop five minutes away from my house :-)

They had what I wanted, when I wanted it. I will say the price paid for a simple pole and bird feeder hanger was quite outrages, but the store had nothing to do with that.

They are very friendly. I visit often.

I have been going to this store since it opened. Staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Missed them so much during the 2 month shutdown. so happy to return!

Bird food is high quality

Quality of the bird seed. Unfortunately, it is a little expensive

Ordering and paying for my order was easy. The confirmation came through correctly and quickly. Pick up instructions when I arrived to curb side delivery were easy to follow.
