I’m so glad that they are there and available for curbside during these unusual times. I miss visiting with them in the store but at least we’re still able to feed our birds and enjoy them. Looking forward to shopping in the store when it’s safe.

Website said 2 day delivery. I got my order in about 2 hours. This is the second time I’ve placed an order on Sunday morning and Dave was there in a couple hours making sure I got my order. Very quick and friendly service. I also got curbside service once before and that was also quick and convenient. Hummingbirds are starting to visit. Looks like somebody visited the oriole feeder some time today but I missed it. And for the first time ever, I got an indigo bunting to the seed tube. Just when you think you have no more additions to the backyard life list!

I had to handle a complex order by phone. I got through immediately and the shop fielded my overabundance of questions with grace and completeness. Some had to do with the owlets! They loaded my car quickly and kindly. What I thought would be tough order was quite the opposite and much appreciated!

Pick up was simple. The young woman put my purchase in my trunk. She was very nice and friendly.
