I tend to shop other stores for bird seed as you are very expensive

Come on, tell me what is perfect, nothing. I like your store and I shop there often and am satisfied with your products and your staff. But over the rainbow is for the yellow brick road folks. I like reality, stability and honesty and will continue to patronize WBU.

I purchased nearly $300 worth of merchandise paying the price required of members. Less than a week later I received a card offering me 20% off purchases. Considering I have been a regular purchaser for a long time I think the staff could have been more forthright about the upcoming offer. Kindness to client is repaid generously. I might have chosen to wait a week and then again I might have been delighted in their honesty and thoughtfulness to a member. Would they have appreciated the gesture if the tables were reversed!

Selection of seed in stock. I asked for Choice Plus, and was told that was only available in this store in winter.

I did not say that. We did not pre order. So many of the questions were n/a. That being said the staff at wild birds is always helpful they r not pushy answer questions and direct us to our needs. Always a pleasure knowing our feathered friends have many bird lovers in the area.

I know little about the store or it’s employees. I shop there because they stock a product that I like, it is convenient, and easy to access. Nothing, nothing is perfect, and highly satisfied would require near perfection, too much to ask of any business.

I went to purchase another feeder like I already have. I paid $89 for it. This time I had seen an ad saying if you bring in an old feeder you'll get 20% off a new one. Of course the exact same feeder was now $104 bringing the actual purchase to $89

I too am in operations and we’d all like each transaction to be highly appreciated but I’m dead serious when I tell you that’s unreasonable to put on our representatives especially in these difficult times.

Looking for a different alternative to squirrels and raccoons who liked the red hot pepper seed.

Zero engagement from staff
