online order pickup was taken to the top of satisfaction with personal experience with store manager. noticed two accounts in database - one with membership and one without - he was so great to take time to merge accounts so next order is even better! Love the products but the personal touch at store is even better!

I received excellent customer service with a knowledgable staff member. (I'm terrible at names, and I so wish I could recall! Maybe on the receipt.) I took advantage of the promotion, and I've seen a couple of new species since- a Brown-headed Nuthatch and a Yellow-rumped Warbler. A Cardinal and a Hairy Woodpecker seem to enjoy fussing over the Winter SuperBlend Cylinder seed cake.
