Great products and great staff!!

Friendliness, good suggestion (nutty tree blend, instead of no mess no millet which I have been buying for several years, but feel the selection of seeds in that mix has deteriorated). Also the readiness to accept a Bird Bucks which had expired. It is an improvement to learn that Bird Bucks will now work on online orders, as we relocated a year ago and are now more than 3h away from the WBU store.

Friendly staff and always have what we need.

As soon as we entered we were greeted by the friendly staff. One helped me and the other chatted with my 5 year old (who loves birds). They even gave us a tiny bag of birdseed from the "north pole" to put our on Christmas morning, which my daughter is very exited about. Nice personal touch, its the reason we drive an extra 15 minutes to shop for birdseed with you instead of the big box stores.

The staff is super friendly and attentive. They are knowledgeable about their products and what works best for birds. They keep all my favorites in stock.
