The service was exceptional as well as friendly and inviting!

I love the store & the staff are always friendly. One of the ladies heard me say I was taking the feeder to a friend who’d lost her son a few months ago & she promptly took it to the back & wrapped it so nicely for me!

Sales folks are very nice and know about the products you sell. Store is always immaculate and I enjoy shopping there.

Ladies were so sweet and kind. We’re very helpful and showed me around! Great store, I’ve already told my sister about it!

Carlos was very helpful. He listened well and showed me options, as well as described them and his reasonings for showing me the food he did show me. He also showed me a possible solution to my bird food not being in a tightly sealed container and thus not staying as fresh as I would like it to be.

I found what I wanted for myself and a gift for someone else.

Staff was friendly and eager to help. Showed me options that helped me with decisions. Presented me with new customer gift package (very nice). I will mention that I had visited a different WBI store earlier that day. They were out of stock of items (they sent me to this store). The store hours there are inconvenient (the close at 4:00 PM every day so customers can't shop after work hours) and they didn't offer a new customer gift (and I spent twice as much there as I did at the High Point Store.) I will go 20 miles out of my way to go to the High Point store from now on.

All associates were very helpful and friendly. Store was well organized and has a good selection of items.
