The store was recommended to me last year. I’m so happy I decided to do a little online shopping. I like to shop in “neighborhood” stores. So glad I did!

Item came as expected. It was delivered fast, in fact it was here when I got home and I thought for sure it would delayed due to everyone ordering online.

When I walk into one of your WBU stores it feels as if I am walking into a bird sanctuary and put me in the mood to improve my bird feeding and bird watching experience.

Familiar with bird seed I pick up so finding it on website made ordering easy. Delivery was amazingly fast. Always happy with products, although unfortunately I miss the personal contact but in these times you made the whole process easy.

Placed an order online for finch food for my Dad and I. Called the next day to add a wren house to the order that I saw online. Brooke already had the car loaded for the free delivery and took the time to go back inside, get the house and cc info and delivered it also with my order 30 minutes later.
