Always greeted by friendly staff. Brooke from Oakdale store delivered seed to my house bc I did not want to go out during coronavirus. I was very grateful and surprised that she went above and beyond for me.

Well currently, we can not visit the store due to the virus going around. However, the on line service that they are providing, even before this virus stuff, has been great and the owners have been very helpful with navigating the web site when I needed help. They have been great with the delivery service they are providing of the bird food.

Gary's store is immaculate and attractively laid out. There is a good stock of merchandise. There is appropriate merchandise beyond bird feeding items, such as greeting cards and outdoor clothing. The staff is always friendly

We ordered online and a WBU staff brought our bird food out to the car. This way we were able to maintain the social distancing recommended during this pandemic. They said they would deliver but we needed to get out of the house for a bit. Thanks for enabling us to keep the birds fed during this scary virus outbreak! Stay healthy!

I was able to purchase bird seed even though we are experiencing social distancing g due to the Corona virus outbreak. I ordered via computer. The seed was put into the trunk of my cs when I notified them of my arrival.
