As soon as I walked in the store there was someone to help me. She took me right to the item I asked about and then recommended the best one suited for my purpose. Excellent, caring person. She didn't rush me even though it was closing time.

The proprietor of this store has been there for 12 years. He is friendly and knowledgeable about all things having to do with birds. I have also met other staff there, and they are also very helpful. Obviously, for a store to be thriving for 12 years and counting, the owner has to be doing things right.

Owners are always ready to help out with advice. One never feels hurried.

The sales associate was super friendly, asked probing questions and had a good sense of humor- a true professional. Product lines seem above the norm for design and quality. Had some unique products and some good promotions.

We love the location of the store. We love the selection of seeds, feeders and gift items. Our favorite of all is Gary and his staff's friendliness and knowledge!
