This survey was a problem. It was based on the idea that either (1) I placed an order online or (2) I placed an order by phone. Neither was the case. My one effort at online ordering a few months back left me unwilling to try that again when it is so easy and pleasant to show up in the store and have your friendly, courteous staff help me with my order (i.e., hauling one or both of the bags of seed to my car in the nearest handicap-parking spot). I will be renewing my membership with my next order.
