The only less-than-totally-satisfied rating is the high price. Most of the year I feed MOSTLY $14 for TWO 20# bags of adequate seed mixture from ACE hardware in East Islip. This order of almost $90 for two 20# for mostly-millet "no mess" seed seems high for a cheap grain (which birds really like)-based mixture. The no-millet mixture seems more reasonable at its somewhat high price.

Would be easier to view the cost at the same time you see the product so you can compare one against the other

You’re expensive compared to other options. Also, the new formula for your hot duet is awful. It’s messy and it gets all over everything. It’s easy to get into your own eyes if you’re not very careful. Home Depot has the only formula for MUCH less money.

Two things that I would prefer done with deliveries would be one notification that they're being delivered so I can watch for them and two absolutely do not leave the food outside without me being told.

We walked in towards the end of the day, and the store owner was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She did not rush us in the least. We ended up purchasing $200.000 worth of merchandise. I was able to find a bird feeder I have been looking for, for weeks! Very happy with this store and will definitely return.

I made a purchase at your store on November 19th, and was told By email, I would get a 20% discount on one item, and you would not honor it. I charged on my daughter’s charge(Michele Di Giacomo), and did not apply the 20%discount. It was the principal, of it, that made me mad.
