I have been a customer of WBU, Oakdale, NY, for probably almost 20 years. Never have a problem with sales staff - always a pleasure. I enjoy walking around the store to see what new merchandise they are carrying.

The tube on my squirrel proof feeder cracked. The staff quickly pointed out that this was a lifetime warrantee part and quickly replaced it for me. I have been going to this store for years and this is a prime example of why I keep coming back.
