First of all, I had been ordering from a competitor. During the Great Backyard Bird Count, I became aware of the fact that Wild Birds Unlimited supports GBBC, which the competitor did not. Also, I realized the store was local to me. I decided to check them out and ordered a pole system for a Convertible Nest Box/Roost. I realized the pole was just perfect for my needs, and I added a hot pepper suet cake, which it turns our several birds really like and the squirrels don't. I liked the pricing on the foods and since I go through about 100 pounds of Black Oil Sunflower Seed a year, I would bensaving a lot of money...even more if I buy Store Card. So, I put my order in online directed towards the Oakdale New York store. The next day, I received my order under 24 hours later! I was so astonished I called the store. One of the employees (Micah) told me that the person who delivered my order is a student at a college close to my home and brought my order right before her class! That is really going out of your way! You have a new customer 😀
