Very friendly & knowledgeable owner. She is always able to solve an issue we may be having whether with birds, squirrels, feeders, etc. Suggests items without pressuring. Have been buying seeds & other items. We know we could have the items shipped, but we enjoy going to the store, seeing what's new & speaking to the owner. So happy to have found this store!

So many different items for birds I’ve never seen before! I thought it was very exciting & I purchased quite a few things. Now I sit & watch all the birds do their daily food & flights! Love it!

The service is excellent. I am recognized when I enter the store and helped with the items I usually buy. When I order delivery it is a quick turn around to receipt. The staff is always helpful with any issues. My feeder was fixed on site when there was a problem.
