Brooke, like Gary before her, is very personable; highly knowledgeable; & extremely helpful. We always enjoy chatting with her & hearing her input about our selections, as well as her recommendations. The products are not cheap, but they are quality & therefore a good value. We see much less waste under our feeders than under neighbors' (who buy from food or hardware stores) feeders.

Web site works great. Merchandise is always neat and orderly. The store is always clean. That all makes viewing and selecting merchandise easy. Store employees are always courteous and helpful.
