The staff is very knowledgeable. They always have answers to any of my questions. They are also super nice and make me feel like they want to help me and none of my questions are stupid.

They have everything I need and the folks that work there are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. It's an enjoyable shopping experience.

The staff is so knowledgeable. I wish you’d occasionally have short lectures on a specific bird, or their care, or migration. The other customers also offer invaluable insight.

What I ordered wasn’t available. A store employee allowed me to swap for another type of seed and helped me process the change.
