The store is always a pleasure to visit as it is a treat to the eyes and senses. Their selection of items is wonderful and all displayed beautifully and orderly, the bird seed, which is what I mostly purchase is always of good quality. Varying sounds of music and birds fill the air as well as the aromas of pine and other pleasant floral or woodsy scents. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I got everything delivered quickly. Items are dropped off in a way that is respectful of no contact delivery. My orders are always correct and packaged in a way that is easy to bring inside and unpack.

Everyone who works there is friendly, knowledgeable and more than will to go out of their way to help. I can easily find anything I need, and usually more than I need lol, with the way things are laid out in the store. They know their customers by name which makes it easy for me to get the discounts with my membership and easy for friends and family to buy me gifts that I will love.

The staff was always very helpful and prompt in their service. I was really happy they were able to stay open and praise all the hard work it took. They did a a great job with the pandemic precautions as well including delivery options which I am sure was essential for people. The web site was great and I was able to find exactly what I wanted but was glad I could order things over the phone rather than online . Brooke and Gary were wonderful . My bird watching and nurturing helped me get through this tough time and the beautiful store has always been a weekly nature destination event for me ! Thanks to a great company and terrific staff !
