I feel comfortable in the store as I know where everything is and the associates always have the right answer for any question I have be it general questions about feeding or specific help in identifying a new visitor to my feeders. I am color blind so it really helps me enjoy the birds when even through my clumsy descriptions they patiently offer suggestions and questions untill we have an ID.

They always understand my needs. Always steer me towards a great product. The item purchased worked out terrific. The staff (Brooke) is always friendly, polite and professional.
