Pam and Ed are hardworking, caring, friendly people who take pride in their store and product they sell. They welcome you with big smiles and a truly mean "hello! How are you." I have never feel unwelcomed. When I moved several years ago I started to shop at the WBU store closer to my new home. That didn't last - with in the year I returned to Pam & Ed at the Novi store.
