Prompt delivery, intact merchandise - the birds loved it! - (seriously, we’ve had stale seed or seed that the birds will not eat a few times ‘in our years’ ).

We had a chipmunk problem draining our bird feeder. We purchased a baffle that would not stay up on the pole. I called the store, and Pam suggested I use electrical tape to make the pole the needed size to hold the baffle hardware. It has done the job! Besides her suggestion, she said if it didn’t work, they’d come out to our home to help us. I was amazed at their effort to solve my problem.
