Very knowledgeable young man helped me choose the right baffle for my feeders. I’ve been having problems with squirrels. The baffle I wanted was part of a hanging display and he took it down to show me how to set it up! Bravo !

The staff knows me from my visits and asks about our lives like family. They’re always helpful and replaced a broken suction cup for a window bird feeder free of charge.

Good deals, nice selection. One teeny request--could the delivery person ring the doorbell when he/she leaves the merchandise? I'm usually home during the day, and this will keep the squirrels from getting into it and making a mess before I can put it in my sunroom. Not a huge thing, free delivery is awesome, this just would be helpful.
