Superior knowledge of both products and customers , greeting us by name. Always take bags of seed to our car. Recommend various products. They are always stocked for our 5 bag purchase!

I’m always greeted in a friendly manner I few times I have run into people I know. I especially like when the dogger is there.

Although I was the only customer in the store this day, even when the store is busy, I always feel welcome and appreciated. The staff and the owners are all friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I know I can get "cheap" bird food elsewhere, but quality matters and that's why I buy my bird feeding products here.

Pam and Ed and the whole staff are wonderful merchants and people. Love shopping here! So do all my birds!
