Great store, great owners and an excellent selection of priducts for birdfeeding. Items are always in stock. Pam was able to find a spare part for one of my orange plastic rain domes for my Baltimore Oriole feeder. The dome is back in service.

All cylinders arrived fully intact, with very minimal damage. The cylinders arrive in much better condition now that the cylinders are packed in a separate box within the shipping box. Previous orders I have placed had not always fared so well, with some cylinders being damaged significantly, sometimes with as much as 1/3 to 1/2 of some cylinders arriving as loose seeds inside the packaging. But the new packing method works much better, as I said with very minimal damage to any of the cylinders.
