I had looked at a shepherd hook online then called and talked to Ed. He said the price was same instore and online. I came in to see what else I might be missing. WELL, the hook and gear was 20% off! And it was good to see it in person to see what else I could do with the basic hook. I bought more than intended and was just pleased that they were nice employees who actually talked to me, helping me understand my options. The quality looks impressive so I hope it is! I had purchased a hook from Costco and it broke as we put in the ground on Day One. This one is up and loaded with feeders!
