the owners are friendly, helpful, and the store is always stocked and staffed appropriately. Great selection of different and high quality items, and the owners are very knowledgeable. Love this place!

I had a problem—my finches had disappeared. I told the owner and she asked me questions, then she went and got a bowl of Bark Butter for me to put on my feeder holes to tempt the birds to return.

The owners and all the sales personnel are all very friendly. The store is full of cute items to browse and purchase. The selection of bird food is very good and I don't have to worry that it's not fresh or contaminated with bugs or anything. I really enjoy going to this store.
