Because I love the friendliness of the people I feel at home in your store and I love the discounts that we get for being members.

The staff know me by name. They are always very friendly and helpful when I need help. The quality of the products is better than the quality of what I can buy at the grocery or department store.

The couple who owns the Novi store are the best ever, along with their dog, Izzy!! It is a special treat for me to shop there during Covid . . . they request wearing a mask and have hand sanitizer at the front door❤️

The amount of different types of bird food seems to make my back yard birds very happy.
