Ed, Pam and Beth are very warm and friendly people. We all know each other on a first name basis. Until COVID-19 arrived on the scene, I always looked forward to my next visit to their store. From my perspective, they have adjusted very well to the covid challenge and I have been able to feed "my" birds without interruption. WBU-Novi is a class act and has been from the day it opened.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They spent a lot of time with me as we were trying to figure out how best to thwart the squirrels that are very aggressive. Then they carried my purchases to the car.

Good quality merchandise in a store close to home.

This is my store..I only buy bird items such as food, etc from Pam and Ed...they go above and beyond to make their customers feel welcome...and Izzy makes it even more special!
