I love visiting the store as each time I’m there I’m learning something new about the birds. Such as last time the log feeder for woodpeckers by the front door the starlings can’t hang on. It brightens up my day to be there & love being greeted by Issie.

The store is neat, clean, and always stocked with the tho ga I need. They have been very helpful and adaptive due the pandemic. I alway enjoy my visit to the Novi Store.

I don't know anyone to recommend you to. Easy process and good products. Appreciate the regular discount. Adding another 5% doesn't do much else.. Consider 10% to make it more worthwhile

The owners are highly knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They always have solutions to our problems and offer many suggestions. The freshness of the feeding supplies is wonderful. A very enjoyable experience to visit this store!!

I love this Wild Birds Unlimited store, and I live in St. Joseph, MI. The closest WBU store is in Granger, IN, and they are not even in the same category as the Novi, MI branch. I've also shopped in the Lansing, MI branch as well, and I'll always return to Novi for my needed supplies. I always feel so welcomed, and the staff is so knowledgeable and beyond helpful. WBU Novi, MI will always be my WBU store!
