ordering online is very easy and this store is very. quick and efficient when they deliver my order.. this time I asked that my delivery be left at the garage door since I had hip replacement surgery and it is easier for me to move my delivery to the inside the garage and they followed my request to the T. I will most certainly order from them again and again. Thank you. two thumbs up !

I was so happy to see that this small business was able to survive our state's COVID-19 time of closure for retail stores! And I was also very pleased to see the firm stance that the store is taking toward enforcing mask-wearing and social distancing. I truly want to see this and other small businesses survive this crisis, and the way to avoid future shut-downs is to continue to offer safe options (including curbside) for staying OPEN. I had not shopped in this store for some time, but I intend to return again in the next few weeks to make a totally "unnecessary" purchase -- just to support the health of the store. ordered via phone and the staff was very helpful and kind. they chose a lovely card for my mother and packaged the bird seeds characters very carefully. I usually order from the Novi store, but no characters available. Was able to order from Traverse city store.

During the COVID19 phase, I experienced curb side service and picked up some seed. Pam was prompt and very nice. I liked the curbside service and it worked out well. Very fast, and prompt, but also I miss heading inside to browse and chitchat.
