The staff was wonderful! I called the store during the corona virus pandemic. A staff member took my order over the phone, then brought me my purchase to my car’s trunk so that I didn’t have to go into the store upon my arrival.

I especially like their current approach to the “distancing” directive as a highly satisfactory method of obtaining what one needs without sacrificing safety.

This past Saturday, Wild Birds Unlimited of Novi, Michigan delivered 2 bags of birdseed to my home free of charge. Due to the Coronavirus, and me being a senior citizen, I appreciated this service.

Pam and Ed are wonderful small business owners and really provide a local and caring approach to their customers. I love their store and they have helped grow my love for birds!

Because of the coronavirus the store itself was closed but they offered pick up at the door. I trust them but one thing I did not like was giving them my credit card over the phone in order for me to be able to pick it up at curbside. I called when I got to the store I opened the trunkFrom the inside of the car and she put it in my trunk I closed it and drove away very easy and she was very pleasant.
