The woman who is always there (I forgot her name) is so very helpful every time I visit. I am a novice birder and always have a ton of questions and she never rushes me and is always happy to answer any questions I have.

Staff seemed knowledegable without being pushy. Let us look through the store on our own and when we requested help they were right there to assist. Pleasant to talk to.
