Love this store and Beth is always great. It's always a please to see Pam and Ed too. They make the store worth coming to. I can go to any WBU but I choose this one because of an established relationship.

Friendliest staff, so welcoming. Great variety of merchandise, always find just what I need. Super sweet "mascot" to greet you at the door! Just the best!

The store offers a well organized display of products. It is clean and very inviting. There are often seasonal and event inspired refreshments! There are educational "talks" presented on designated days which are just wonderful! The staff has always been prompt and accurate when offering assistance. Quite often there are items on sale which can offer a last minute or future gift opportunity. I always look forward to a trip to Wild Birds Unlimited, Novi!

Friendly staff Excellent service Great product

I decided in October 2019, I think, that I wanted squirrel proof feeders for my back yard so I could feed, help save and enjoy the birds who would come. I looked up a WBU store near me, called and talked to Ed Lambert, was very encouraged and came out to WBU Novi. At the store, he advised me what would be my best choices of feeders and seed. Then he came out to my back yard and helped me strategically place them. And now I'm able to see and enjoy so many wonderful birds coming to the feeders. My dog walker loves birds, too, and she keeps the feeders full so they don't miss a meal. I was low on safflower seed cylinders and yesterday, Ed's wife Pam just delivered some to me and some for my friend who became interested in feeding the birds at his house. Pam's delivery is much appreciated as I'm 86 now, have an injured leg and don't get out and about as I used to. I will end by saying that there were 35 Mourning Doves, dozens of sparrows, juncos, some blue jays, some nuthatches, a cardinal or two, three different woodpeckers and many chickadees at my feeders this morning.

I love the people there. Always friendly and helpful. Love feeding my birds with their help.
