The staff is so friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable and helpful in finding what I was looking for in the store. I love visiting the store to see the products they carry for spoiling my birds. They carry great gifts for everyone that loves birds.

The store is immaculate and well stocked. Beth always greets me by name and answers all my questions. I'm especially impressed by their knowledge of what is going on currently, such as sightings of hard to find birds, and so on.

Staff was extremely helpful. Everything I did not know about was explained in detail with the understanding that I was a novice. I was very impressed with the variety of feeds and product.
