Customer service is outstanding. I love that Ed and Pam always remember my name and ask about our dog when we come into the store. Their employee, Beth, is just the same. I always feel happy when I leave, like I’ve visited good friends.

Okay, it's a store for birds and birders....what could be better than that??!! And, while we were there, a Cooper's Hawk landed on the sign near the front door. BONUS!! And, I LOVED the quality merchandise and the live feed form Cornell on the big screen TV and, well, it's just a wonderful place. The prices are a bit steep but they're in the city and city birding stores are always more expensive.
