Always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when I visit this store.

I normally go to the store and I always love going there. They let me browse without bugging me too much but provide help whenever I need it. I’ve been working late so I haven’t made it to the store in awhile so I did online with delivery. I had no idea it would be hand delivered. When I got the call that it was delivered I thought maybe someone made a mistake. Then I got home, super late, and found my purchase neatly tucked away at my door. I was so pleasantly surprised and so happy!! Thank you!!

This is one of my favorite places to shop. The store is beautifully merchandised. The staff is unfailingly friendly, helpful, and personable.

The staff are extremely friendly..... like family. The knowledge to any question or problem is forthcoming and solutions are offered. This staff truly knows birding and shares their enthusiasm. Great supply in store!
