It’s Always such a pleasurable experience shopping there. The owners and employees know me by name. I become more bird educated each time I visit. If they don’t have the answer to my questions they find out for me.

The quality of the products that are available is outstanding. The staff is helpful and friendly (especially Miss Izzy). The vast selection of products makes every trip worth it. And the savings (as a member) is crazy!!!

Great customer service! I went in to replace my suet feeder with the copper roof and your sales lady found me the last one on a shelf! I told her how the squirrels were getting in to my feeders and destroying them. She she showed me the baffle poles and feeders which I’m looking forward to purchasing! She gave me needed information on the placement of the feeders!

I love this store. On this last visit I knew exactly what I needed so I didn't spend as much time as I often do but I usually like to check out all the items they have other than birdseed. I've often found some really great little gifts there. But I think the best thing about this store has to be the great people including the owners and staff - and especially Izzy!
