Very clean & pleasant atmosphere; love the bird sounds and the bird webcam. Many nice gift ideas, very friendly & helpful staff.

Staffs product knowledge and the friendly helpful service. I found it refreshing to have been greeted upon entering store. Store clean including checkout. You got birdbath sale due to employee knowling that product had just arrived and got it for Me.
