Everyone is very friendly. The seeds are of high quality, when I’ve bought the black seeds elsewhere they are full of debris like sticks. The gift items are cute.

Love this store, love Pam, Ed, Beth and all the other employees. Izzy is my favorite! Always find thinks I want to buy in addition to the seed, suet, etc....

Staff friendly and helpful. I like that they call me by name when I come in, makes the whole experience positive. I give them all my business.

The customer service is excellent and they always have what I need for my garden and the birds that visit my yard. They are very friendly and they even remember my name, which is rare in this day and age of poor customer service.
