This store has friendly, available staff who are also knowledgeable about the products. Even when I’ve been in the store when it is quite busy the staff is very efficient in servicing their customers while still remaining friendly and giving individual attention. Always a pleasant experience shopping here!

Store got a feeder that I wanted which they normally did not have stock

We have been using Choice bird seed for several years and find that the many types of birds that come to our feeders enjoy it. Wild Birds Unlimited always has a ready supply. We love looking at all of the items in the store and often end up buying some. The staff has always been friendly and helpful which makes it a store we enjoy going to.

The owners of the store are highly engaged and knowledgeable. Whenever i go into the store they always have lots of product that is well displayed. It's clean and doesn't smell like bad. I've been in bird food stores that have a 'smell' that I don't like. There is always something new there also. They have the core items I generally shopping for but the fun part is seeing the new home dec or cards or that kind of thing that's new. I'm also motivated by BOGO type sales so I like getting the mailers. I prefer paper because it's always in front of me on my desk. I tend to forget the emails and texts unless they are sent a couple times. Totally love going to this particular store and they brought me back into birding!
