I love going into the store. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I feel like I have become friends with Pam, Ed, and Beth. They go above and beyond for their customers.

The owners and staff are extremely helpful. They are very friendly and knowledgable of the products they offer. Overall the store has a welcoming feel to it. I love it.

The staff is very friendly. They have helped me to feed more than just house sparrows and goldfinches (the latter I enjoy very much). Even when my birds have migrated or are just not hanging around, we joke about when they will be bringing back the birds.

I have recommended this store to others because the staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. In addition, I know I will be purchasing quality products. Visiting this store is always a pleasant experience.

This store is excellent. My 4-year old son absolutely loves coming here with me because he loves to see all the products, loves the videos of birds playing behind the cash register and loves Izzy the dog! The staff is very helpful and always so nice.

You feel like family when you shop there. They always have best selection and availability of bird feed. The accessory products are well built and a good selection.
