I bought a seed wreath. As soon as I hung it up the ribbon broke ans it fell to the ground breaking in 3 pieces I put the pieces in three different areas and the birds have NO interest in it. Not sure if it’s from last year and rancid or why they have not touched it.

I was not made aware the delivery had been completed, and the items were left at a little used door to the house.

Here's the thing. I love the product and discounts, but I've had delivery issues. The seed is placed in front of my garage where I can't see it. Then, no one knocks or rings the bell to let me know it was delivered and I don't get a confirmation either. As a result, animals tear into the bags and make quite a mess. This is a super easy fix that I've asked for in my order comments, but that no one does. Just ring the bell to let me know you came and/or put it where I can see it. Easy right? Unfortunately if this keeps happening I just can't do the orders anymore. Which would bum me out.

I bought the sun fire chips a month ago for 24.99. When I went in this time, there was a sale, but it was now 29.99. Why would you raise your price and then offer a sale? I also contacted them on Facebook and got no response. Their email address doesn’t work.

I placed an order a week ago. I received confirmation that the order was received, but no communication afterward. I have not received the item nor can I find out the status of my order.

Staff was very helpful. The bird feeder parts I needed were all in stock! I used the bird feeder pole and base to mount a weather station I just purchased and it worked very well.
