Considering all of the shipping disruptions going on at the moment, this package was shipped and delivered in a timely manner. The selection of products was better at this particular store than the one located closest to me so that was a big help finding the feeder that my wife wanted. Overall, a great shopping experience!

I found my Christmas shopping in one store for my family. Can I say some items for my wish list too?

I had it shipped to the house but it arrived on my porch in a nice bag and was apparently delivered by my local wild birds store I was happily surprised i though it was being shipped by their warehouse so I was very happy how fast I got it and that it was locally delivered I had it delivered because it’s safer right now to do that than shop in person but when able I will go back to shopping in person there I’m very satisfied with everything and I support small business 😊

Staff very knowledgeable about the products available in the store. Staff provides satisfactory answers to questions and also discusses possible alternatives if customer is having a specific bird feeder problem or backyard bird situation. Staff offers encouragement with bird feeding efforts. Many options for bird feeders and related equipment as well as many other beautiful and/or cute items for purchase with bird theme. it is a pleasure to spend time in this store. Feeding the birds has been especially meaningful to me during the Covid situation when I am mostly at home. It a respite to come to the store and get needed items for my backyard friends -- the birds.

Great staff

The staff there is always very helpful. The store is set up nice and it is always clean. They packaged my purchases up nicely for gift giving. Always a nice and relaxing experience. Staff is also very knowledgeable!

Very helpful in explaining different seeds and feeding poles. Bird feeders as well. I live much closer to the Ann Arbor store though, so will be making that store my primary. I just happened to be in the area that day.

I know the birds enjoy the feed. I’m glad their dog was there. It’s good therapy as she came up to greet me :)
