They staff is always professional and knowledgeable. They listen to our stories about our birds and wildlife. They also always have a recommendation for our needs.

Very friendly, and the dog was what I liked the most.

My friends and I were greeted as soon as we entered. A gentleman explained the products (a suet holder) and also chatted about why my other suet holder wasn't as successful as I had hoped. The women were also pleasant when I cashed out. Even as I further strolled through the store, another woman talked to me about the products I was looking at. It's a beautiful store and my experience was pleasant and peaceful. I hope to go back again once birds start visiting my yard. So far no luck. Actually I don't even hear any birds chirping. I'm not giving up.

The friendliness,the knowledge of birds and what would work best in my yard. Took time for my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. Carried my seed out to the car for me. Just overall,a helpful pleasant experience!
