The staff at this store is always helpful. They are knowledgeable about all the products and the seeds. I love the variety and selections at the store!

Walked in. Was greeted immediately. Was taken to the exact item I was looking for. Was shown an even better package deal. Gift wrapped purchase and was given a couple freebies. Can't think of a better experience.

Every time we come in the owner is extremely helpful, and is able to answer all our questions. He also always remembers us by name which adds a very personable touch to their service.

The owner was friendly and was able to answer our questions. Both workers greeted us immediately upon our coming into the store. When the owner finished ringing us up he offered us two gifts which the other WBU store did not.

It was my first time visiting the store and I had a gift card to redeem. I enjoyed talking with the staff and appreciated the knowledge they provided regarding both the merchandise as well as types of birds and what kinds of things attract them. I will definitely return.

I immediately saw what I wanted, but was unsure where to find a boxed product (it was a gift). I asked for help. Two different people helped me, got what I wanted and took it to the register so I could continue to browse. Very friendly and helpful.
