Besides the online delivery, I left a comment asking about a replacement part or one of my feeders. The lady in the store that day called me and added the part to my order--it was so helpful to me. Your in-store team is always so knowledgeable and friendly, it's just a pleasure to shop with you!

I love the store - not just the bird seed but the small, bird-related gifts. That is one reason I prefer to shop in store so I can see any new merchandise I might want for presents. Bird seed might be a little more expensive that other locations, but it is SO much better than cheaper seed. I know I am getting a great product and that I will not take home a bag of seed that is already hatching worms/moths/etc. Staff at store are always helpful and knowledgeable !
