The lady that helped us was either new or has never been there when we were. She was friendly and pleasant to deal with and I am 100% sure she was a she. We enjoy shopping here for all of our bird needds.

The staff is always friendly and acknowledges my entry to the store no matter how busy they are. They are always very helpful in advising what my backyard critters need right now.

Staff were so nice, very accommodating, and they took a genuine interest in the project I was doing. Also offered me a discount because we were doing this for a school. Store owner happened to be there and was super friendly. and knowledgeable.
